| I grew up in Austin and still consider it home despite having lived in California for over 20 years now. An early career as an architect taught me much about good design and hard work but was no match for the lure of a life lived outside the office. Now I approach photography with equal parts pragmatism and passion, a keen eye always on the look-out for life’s defining moments. I’m inspired by collaboration and energized by putting together a good team. There’s no feeling like reaching the end of a production and everyone knowing we’ve just knocked it out of the park. I love food, travel and talking to people I meet along the way. Anywhere I find myself I’ll collect the local stories, coffee, honey, and any kind of hot-sauce I can get my hands on. I’m an avid swimmer, a design-junkie, a curiosity-seeker, a decent chef, and have an inexplicable affinity for sport-coats. |
